Promo Mechanics

1. Promo Period: Valid from December 11, 2025 to February 28, 2025.
2. Eligibility Open to first-time buyers of any Ayala Land property. Must be an Island Pacific Bonus Rewards Member before or during the promo period.
3. Qualified Transactions - No minimum purchase required to qualify. Promo excludes parking slot purchases.
4. Rewards Distribution: Earn up to 100,000 AppCard Rewards Points in three stages:

• 10,000 Points — awarded once the referred customer completes the reservation payment and submits all required documents.
• 30,000 Points — credited after 6 months, provided the buyer remains compliant with payment terms and has submitted all necessary documents.
• 60,000 Points — credited upon full payment of the property.

5. Redemption & Crediting of Points - Points will be credited to the referred buyer’s Island Pacific Bonus Rewards account according to the schedule above. Referred buyers must maintain active membership throughout the promo period to remain eligible.
